Refunds, Returns and Exchanges


KINZA puts utmost efforts to make sure that the right product reaches you is of highest quality, as it goes through rigorous quality checks before it is dispatched and reaches you.  This results in unmatched shopping experience with us. However, this page deals with the details of how to proceed with exchange, returns and refunds.


Refund, Return and Exchange policy (RREP) and instructions:

  • If you happen to change your mind about the merchandise you have purchased from we will be happy to replace, exchange or process the refunds with the following terms and conditions.
  •  Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase.
  • RREP does not apply to the clearances and discounted merchandise.
  • The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached.
  •  If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item, and confirmed that it meets conditions mentioned above. You are liable for any postage and handling charges incurred while returning the item to us.
  •  RREP also applies to any product if and only against manufacturing defects. KinzA will bear all the return postage and handling charges with no questions asked.
  •  If you have received merchandise as a gift item and would like to return, we request the original purchaser to contact us from the registered email address used at the time of placing the order. This would help us to expedite the replacement or refund in accordance with RREP.




If you have multiple purchases in a single shipment, then delivery and handling charges for that single item cannot be refunded.



If an item is defective, does not match the listed specifications, we will meet our obligations by providing a replacement of product or process a refund in accordance with return policy terms and conditions.
